Welcome to Australia’s Pod of Science, part of the Pint of Science festival held across Australia and the greater world from the 13th to the 15th of May in 2024. This week we were joined by three experts in the field of polymer chemistry, Drs Stuart Thickett, Alexandra Mutch and Melissa Stanfield, all currently working at the University of Tasmania.
All three have deep passions for their field, finding niches in polymer kinetics, deriving polymers from biomass waste and exploring and devising new methods for polymer synthesis.
